1. Introduction

All services are subject to client agreement, availability, and timelines specified in the proposal.

 

2. Scope of Services

Sankalp provides comprehensive interior design solutions including, but not limited to:

  • 2d AutoCAD details
  • 3d drawings.
  • Space planning
  • Material selection.
  • Furniture Arrangements.
  • Lighting design.
  • Project management.
  • Color coordination.
  • Customize furniture design.
  • Site visit.
  • Vaastu Approved designs.

 

All services are subject to client agreement, availability, and timelines specified in the proposal.

3. Design Ownership & Copyright

All conceptual designs, drawings, 3D renders, mood boards, and documents shared by Sankalp are our intellectual property.

  • Clients may not reproduce, copy, or reuse the materials without written permission.

  • Final designs become the client’s property only after full payment.

4. Consultation & Proposals

All conceptual designs, drawings, 3D renders, mood boards, and documents shared by Sankalp are our intellectual property.

  • Initial design consultation may be complimentary or chargeable depending on project size.

  • Proposals and quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Design work will commence only after a written agreement and advance payment.

5. Payments & Pricing

 

  • A minimum 30–50% advance payment is required before starting the project.

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque.

  • Delayed payments may cause project delays and may attract late fees.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra revisions or change requests beyond the agreed scope.

We provide an estimated timeline for project completion. However, actual timelines may vary due to:

  • Changes requested by the client

  • Site conditions and third-party vendors

  • Material availability or force majeure events

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Share accurate site details and preferences

  • Approve layouts, materials, and finishes on time

  • Ensure timely payments and legal site access

  • Follow safety and compliance regulations at the site

8. Third-Party Products & Vendors

We may recommend external suppliers, brands, or craftsmen. Sankalp is not liable for:

  • Product warranties or defects from third parties

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors not under our management

9. Revisions & Changes

We offer a limited number of design revisions (as per package).

  • Excessive revisions or change in direction may lead to timeline and cost adjustments.

  • All changes must be approved in writing.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a limited number of design revisions (as per package).

  • Cancellation before project initiation is eligible for a partial refund (after deducting consultation and design time).
  • No refunds are available once execution or procurement has started.

  • Custom-made materials or furniture are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sankalp Studio is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental loss during or after the project

  • Delays due to third-party vendors or acts beyond our control

  • Errors resulting from incorrect client input or late approvals

12. Website Use & Content

All website content—text, logos, photos, project images—is protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written consent.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be used solely for communication and project coordination. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
